“RE-TREAT YOURSELF THIS SUMMER”
3 Week In-Person Intensive – July 6-24, 2026
The FLOWER is a THREE-week full-immersion into the formative ideas of Waldorf education. It will be offered for the first time at the 2026 Summer Festival of Arts & Education.
Open to all who themselves are open and inquiring.
No prior anthroposophical, artistic, scientific or spiritual knowledge or experience required.
You will be part of a special group – our first FLOWERers! Some of your companions on this adventure may already have some familiarity with Waldorf, others none. Some may already be teaching, others parents or people with a keen interest in education and children, for, in contrast with our long-running Foundations Studies in Anthroposophy program which extends into the range of anthroposophical endeavours in the world, this intensive focuses specifically on the field of education.Those who complete the three week program (with 90%+ attendance) will receive a Certificate of Completion at our General Graduation ceremony on July 23rd, and will thereby have completed the first stage in the journey towards becoming a qualified Waldorf teacher. The Summer Festival of Arts & Education is just around the corner! From July 6–24, 2026, join us for three inspiring weeks of learning, creativity, and community. This year’s theme invites us to explore meaningful questions for our time through inner work, artistic practice, pedagogical deepening, and collegial exchange. With grade intensives, a new Foundations program (FLOWER), and a rich array of morning and afternoon workshops, the festival offers nourishment for all. Come for a week or stay for all three and be part of this vibrant summer gathering.
