World renowned Waldorf educator Martyn Rawson will be at RSCC leading a Saturday workshop on The Art of Teaching – Rethinking the Waldorf Curriculum on October 14th, 2023. While we encourage everyone to come in person to get the most out of this unique professional development opportunity, we are also offering a livestreamed online option. We encourage Waldorf teachers and anyone who is interested in educating children, to take part in this unique event:

“Dr. Martyn Rawson was born long ago in Glasgow Scotland. He co-founded York Steiner School and now teaches history, art studies and English in Hamburg and is a teacher educator on the Masters Programme at Waldorf Seminar Kiel and in Stuttgart and is Honorary Professor at the National Tsinghua University, Taiwan.
He has published widely on various Waldorf topics, including curriculum. He was recently commissioned by Routledge a major international academic publisher to write Steiner Waldorf Pedagogy in Schools. A critical introduction. He is currently involved in several research projects on adapting curriculum in different settings and has co-developed a digital tool for curriculum planning with Kath Bransby.
He is educational advisor to the European Council of Steiner Waldorf Education and is a member of the European Commission Working Group on Schools.”
